❊ Management of NGO:
General Committee is the highest body of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION and consists with 21 members. The Committee meets once a year. But if necessary, it can summon emergency meeting. The members of the General Body elect 7 members Executive Committee for the period of two years. The EC sits once in a quarter to look after the activities of the organization and takes necessary decisions. The Executive Committee appoints the Executive Director. S/he is the executive head of the organization. The Executive Director implements all decisions of Executive Committee. S/he is responsible for overall administration and program implementation.
Financial System and Bank Solvency:
NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION ’s financial management system is efficient and encouraging one. The organization is forecasting its financial system through preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statement of each and every project. It is also entitled to arrange audit of its financial transaction by the external audit farm in every year. NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION has been maintaining a standard accounts system in a transparent way. Accounts are audited in every financial year (July – June) by the government approved chartered accounting firm. It follows the financial manual for operating bank accounts. The mother Bank Account is operated under the joint signatures of the Chairman and Executive Director of the organization with the help of approved EC meeting resolution. The accounts are audited as per rules of the donor GO-NGOs and the reports are sent to the appropriate authority on a regular basis.

Financial Solvency: NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION financially sound and solvent. Operational Arrangement: The above mentioned bank accounts are jointly operated by the Chairman and Executive Director, signatory can draw the accounts. Bank solvency certificate is attached.

NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION has separate monitoring department headed by a director Audit and Monitoring. The audit and monitoring department conduct audit and monitoring round the year; evaluation is conducted after completion of each project. Detail of Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation and Reporting system of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION is here under for consideration.

Planning:
Generally NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION prepares Long-term (5 year period), Mid-term (3 year period), Short-term (2 year period) and Strategic Plans for the organizational/institutional development. These plans are developed on the basis of Field situation and grass root recommendations, past performances/achievements & experiences, research/evaluation/monitoring reports and present/future emerging needs. Besides these, Action Plans are prepared for various types of Project Proposal development based on the Project Goal, Objectives, Duration, Activities, Implementation, Quality Control, and Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting Schedule. Departmental and Organizational Annual Plans (Activity & Financial Budget) are prepared Fiscal Year basis under the preview of Long-term/Mid-term/Short-term Plans.

Long-term/Mid-term/Short-term/Strategic Plans are developed by the involvement of Representative from Governing Body, Executive Committee, Top Management, Lead & Line Managers and Project Chiefs. The Annual Plans are prepared by the Lead Managers and presented in the AGM of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION for approval by the EC/GB of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN
FOUNDATION . Planning section of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION organizes 1-2 Day long Workshops for developing Long-term/Mid-term/Short-term Plans of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION ; 6 month before the ending of Last 5 year Plan period and Strategic Plan as per necessity/desire of the Top Management. These Workshops includes presentation on the activities of Last 5 year plan (targets, achievements, problems/constraints/loop-holes/short comings, status of coordination & cooperation among Stakeholders, Capacity of Staff, Findings & Recommendations of Research/Evaluation/Monitoring/AGM Reports), Exploration of Potential areas for Development, Possible way out strategies to overcome outlined problems/constraints, Future Sustainability of the Activities/Projects/Programs and as well as of the Organization. The process of these workshops begins with Group Formation, Tasks assignments, Group Work, Group Work Presentation, Open Discussion, Identification of Activities/Projects on the basis of Importance/Needs & Prioritization of these, Consensus building with Decision making about activities & budget and presentation to the EC/GB for final approval.

ernal Consultant for conducting these Planning Workshops. Planning Department provides facilitation services as per requirement, prepares & submits Final Reports to the Top Management.
Upon approval of such developed Long-term/Mid-term/Short-term/S
trategic Annual Plans by the EC/GB in the Annual General Meeting, the Top Management of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION starts execution of these Plans.
Monitoring:
The Monitoring unit carry’s out periodical/special (in some occasion) monitoring of all ongoing projects/departments with a view to ensuring the qualitative/quantitative achievement and timely completion of the project/departmental activities. Generally during monitoring of any project/department the Monitoring Officials takes corrective measures on the spot and after making a monitoring of any project/department the concerned official prepare and send a feedback report with comments to the concerned Project Chief/Department Head with a copy to the Executive Director for taking appropriate course of actions if needed. Besides, NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION conducts joint/participatory monitoring of the ongoing projects by the involvement of the project stakeholders.
Pectoral perspective areas are identified by the general body for intervention. Based on organizational priorities and availability of funds, activities are planned for the organization. To support the annual

Organizational activities yearly budget is prepared and placed before the GB in the General Meeting. After getting it approved plan is going to be implemented by the executive body.
NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION has its unique inbuilt monitoring system. General body and executive body are monitoring the activities. For watchdog monitoring of a special program and specialized monitoring specialists monitoring are hired. It may be mentioned that cost centers creates date base through its MIS monitoring performs.
Evaluation:
The Audit and Monitoring department also conducts Evaluation of ongoing projects as per set plan and as per requirement of Top Management with a view to explore new areas of development and to judge the appropriateness of the ongoing projects/their constraints & limitations/way-out/re-planning/re- designing/re-adjustments. NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION also carries out joint evaluation by the involvement of the Project Stakeholders. Evaluation Reports with findings and recommendations are sent to the concerned Project Chiefs, Donors and the ED of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION. Evaluation experts conduct all types of Evaluations. They collects relevant Primary & Secondary data’s & information pertaining to any Evaluation through designing & developing Structured Questionnaires, Field Test Baseline/HH Survey, FGD, Interview of key Informants, Document Search etc. and make adequate analysis and validation of collected data’s/ information’s prior to preparation of any Reports. The developed reports are submitted to the Top Management and Project Chiefs/Department Heads of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION for taking necessary steps.
Reporting:
NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION is equipped with a full-fledged Documentation Cell which is responsible for preparation and presentation of all project/department related reports. As per set rules of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION, the Project Coordinators provides Data & Information about their individual projects to the Documentation cell and the Documentation Cell provide assistance to the Project/Department Chiefs in preparing all types of Reports and ensures quality of these Reports.
The Project/Department Chiefs submits their respective Reports to concerned Authorities as per Reporting Schedule
Reports professional staff of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION prepares activities, financial reports. Based on those reports annual report of P NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION is prepared and placed it to the general meeting. After discussion if it is approved NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION makes it public. Reports generally prepared by NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION are:

Submitting Report:

NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION is very much involved with district administration, upazila administration and other relevant government agencies and departments. NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION regularly participates in the GO-NGO Coordination meeting, observed days and also participate many events such as International Language Day (21 February), National Victory Day (16 December), National Independence Day (26 March) etc with local government. It is to mention here that NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION observed widely the National Literacy Day with DBNFE and District administration. NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION mostly observed with local administration the following days:

⦁ International Disable Day
⦁ National Health Day etc.

Participation of NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION in the above events are reflecting in the meeting minuets/regulation of the local government agencies/ departments at both district and upazila level.
Linkage and Network of the NGO: Since its inception in 2013, NOMUNA NARY & SISHU KALLAN FOUNDATION implemented many project funding from the self fund, local and foreign donor, well wiser, GO-NGOs and executive bodies’ contribution. We are mentioning here some of the project.
